Policy Library
What is the Policy Library?
The Policy Library is the organization’s central collection of governance policies available for assignment to AI systems. It includes:
- Out-of-the-box policies — pre-built policies covering external regulations, international standards, and established AI governance frameworks
- Organization policies — policies created or imported by your organization
Policies in the library are browseable and searchable. Each policy card shows the framework name, description, and applicable labels (sector, jurisdiction, use case, methodology, lifecycle stage).
Assurance Library
A separate Assurance Library tab shows test and evaluation policies — policies whose controls produce quantitative test scores rather than qualitative answers. These are used in conjunction with Asenion Assurance test runs.
Who can access the Policy Library?
Any member of an AI system can browse the Policy Library and add policies to their system.
Who can add policies to the library?
- Org Admins can import new policies and publish organization-level policies.
- New policies can be created by Org Admins and added to the library. Contact support@asenion.ai for this advanced feature.
