Reports
Overview
Asenion generates structured reports from completed assessment data. Reports compile risk status, control scores, policy alignment, actions, and regulatory mapping into a single document — suitable for executive review, regulator submission, or internal governance records.
Reports are accessed from AI System → Reports and require the report:view capability.
Built-in report types
Risk Assessment Report
A full view of the AI system’s current risk posture across all assigned policies. Includes:
- Overall risk status (residual, technology, alignment)
- Per-policy and per-control bundle scores
- Control-level compliance breakdown (fully compliant / partially compliant / not compliant / unanswered)
- Risk history trend
Action Report
A prioritized list of remediation actions derived from non-compliant and partially compliant controls. Each action shows:
- The control and policy it maps to
- Current compliance status
- Assigned owner and due date (where set)
- Action status (Pending / In Progress / Completed)
EU AI Act Deep Dive Report
A dedicated report mapping the AI system’s assessment responses to the obligations of the EU AI Act. Organized by Act article, showing which requirements are met, partially met, or outstanding. Exportable as a PDF for regulatory submissions.
Risk Reduction Report
A comparison report showing risk status before and after a set of remediation actions. Used to demonstrate governance improvement over time and quantify the impact of completed controls.
Risk Intelligence Report (Advanced)
A consolidated hub linking to all four built-in report types above, from a single reports view per AI system.
Template-based reports
Org Admins can upload custom report templates that generate reports tailored to the organization’s format and branding requirements. Templates:
- Are defined per project type (predictive AI, generative AI, agentic AI)
- Specify which policies must be assigned and assessed before the report can be generated
- Contain HTML/CSS template content rendered against the AI system’s live assessment data
- Can be system-level (available to all organizations) or org-level (available only within the organization)
Report generation runs as a background job. When the job completes, the report is available to view and download.
Cross-organization report view
Users with report:view at the dashboard level can access a Reports view that shows all generated reports across all AI systems in the organization, filterable by project type and report template.
