Multiple Organizations
Overview
A single Asenion user account can be a member of more than one organization. Each organization is a fully isolated workspace — its own AI systems, policies, assessments, members, and settings. No data crosses between organizations.
Organization selection at login
After authenticating, users who belong to more than one organization are presented with an organization selector — a card picker showing each organization they are a member of, along with their role in that organization.
Selecting an organization sets it as the active context and loads that organization’s dashboard. Users who belong to only one organization are taken directly to their dashboard without the selector.
Switching organizations
Once inside the platform, users can switch to a different organization they belong to without logging out. The organization switcher is available in the left navigation panel (the organization name with an expand icon). Switching context reloads the dashboard scoped to the newly selected organization.
Each switch invalidates the permission cache so that the user’s capabilities for the new organization are fetched fresh — the previous organization’s settings do not carry over.
Role per organization
A user’s platform role is set per organization at the time of invitation. The same person can be an Org Admin in one organization and a Member in another.
Organization Units (sub-structure)
Within a single organization, Org Admins can define a hierarchical structure of organization units to group AI systems and members by business function. Unit types:

Units can be nested to any depth. Each unit has an optional manager assigned from the organization’s members. AI systems can be assigned to a unit and filtered by unit in the dashboard.
Organization Units are configured from Organization Settings → Structure.
Creating an organization
Organization creation is managed by the Asenion team (System Admins). Contact support@asenion.ai to set up a new organization.
