Admin Functionalities

Organization Admin

A user with the Org Admin platform role can:

  • Invite members to the organization and assign platform roles
  • Remove or deactivate organization members
  • Grant or revoke per-user capability overrides from the member permissions drawer
  • Import new lifecycle configurations
  • Import new policies into the organization’s policy library
  • Archive policies and AI system records
  • Configure organization-wide settings (display name, 2FA enforcement, SSO)
  • Assign global project role slots so review and approval routing is automatic when new AI systems are created

System Admin

A user with the System Admin role has platform-level access across all organizations. System Admins can:

  • Access any organization’s records
  • Edit the role-capability matrix (which capabilities each platform role has by default)
  • Reset role capabilities to platform defaults
  • Manage system-level report templates

How to become an admin

To become an Org Admin for your organization, contact your account manager or support@asenion.ai.

System Admin access is granted only by the Asenion team.
