What is a use case?

A use case represents an AI system, stakeholders, assessments and reports. The AI system can be predictive, generative or agentic and can be developed internally or externally by a third-party. ‍

Who should create a use case?

A project owner should create a use case. In most organization, the product owner or project owner should be the AI use case owner.

Who have access to a use case?

The user who created the use case will be assigned the role of project owner by default and will have access to the use case they create.

An administrator in the same organization as the project owners will be able to access any use case created by any project owners in the same organization.

A member in the same organization will be able to see a use case only if they are the project owner themselves or if they have been assigned to the use case explicitly by the project owner.
